We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team. The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish. This role is ideal for an organized professional with strong communication skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain detailed records of budgets, contracts, and timelines.
  • Research and source venues, suppliers, and materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with brand goals.
  • Provide post-event support, including reporting and feedback collection.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event software is a plus.
  • Competitive salary: $52,000 – $56,000 annually.
