Job Description

We’re now looking for a Retail Manager to make sure the store is buzzing, our people are providing a great guest experience and that we’re operating efficiently.

It’S A Broad Role, Covering:

• Retail Operations and strategy including merchandising, stock management and guest experience
• Team leadership and culture through training, coaching and development - fostering a guest-first and safe workplace culture
• Deliver new products in collaboration with our marketing and product teams
• Oversee our photography and experiential elements ensuring they enhance overall visitor engagement and are integrated into the guest journey.
• Everyday retail duties including supplier relationships, sourcing stock and analysing our product mix

Our ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for tourism, proven retail management experience and who enjoys and excels at leading people (especially people at the start of their careers). Ideally, you’ll have a love of our industry, too!

You’ll have the confidence to build our strategy – living and breathing our vision here at Unleashed and achieving our KPIs in the process. A savvy commercial mind that can make data-driven decisions to the best out of our products will be needed, too.

Collaboration is key in this role – with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
