Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager will serve as a strategic technology partner to the business, driving innovation and operational excellence within the Juices platform. This role is responsible for identifying, managing, and delivering technology initiatives that enhance business efficiency, unlock new opportunities, and leverage AI capabilities to create scalable, intelligent solutions. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, the Service Delivery Manager will ensure that technology investments are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
Main Accountabilities (Main Responsibilities):
- Technology Strategy Alignment: Ensure all platform initiatives are aligned with the business strategy, translating business needs into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Initiative Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology initiatives within the Juices platform, from ideation and prioritization to execution and delivery.
- AI Enablement: Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experience across the platform.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technology partner to business stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and ensuring clear communication of technical concepts and values.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of innovation by continuously exploring emerging technologies and proposing enhancements that improve platform performance and business outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact and are optimized over time.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all solutions adhere to internal governance, security, and compliance standards, mitigating risks associated with technology deployment.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in technology leadership roles, ideally within the agriculture, food & beverage, or manufacturing sectors. Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations is highly valued.
- Platform & Solution Management: Strong background in managing digital platforms or enterprise solutions, with a track record of delivering business value through technology.
- AI & Emerging Technologies: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in business environments. Experience implementing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency or decision-making is highly desirable.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes, identify pain points, and translate them into technology opportunities. Experience working closely with commercial, operations, or supply chain teams is a plus.
- Project & Change Management: Skilled in managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with agile methodologies, change management practices, and digital transformation programs.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with data and analytics to support decision-making and measure impact.
