In This Role, You'Ll:
Working as part of the Finance, Technology & Commercial Division within PMO & Enablement, you will oversee an SAP based project to automate reconciliation financial processes across the cluster.
You will lead the end-to-end development of project proposals and concept designs, including benefits realization planning and project risk assessments, across multiple SAP financial module projects. You will oversee delivery processes and ensure smooth transition to operations, driving successful outcomes at each stage.
While not directly managing technical teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and technical resources to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors, promoting continuous improvement in project planning, development, execution, and delivery practices.
This position is for approx a nine month duration until the 30/06/25 Your home base will be at Macquarie Park with Hybrid work arrangements. Wednesday is your current team’s office anchor day.

About You
Your skills and experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager will enable you to excel in delivering successful projects. You will bring proven experience in managing SAP financial module implementations, S/4 Hana is desirable. you will also have a strong track record of working at the Executive level, with the ability to both influence and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
While Agile project management methodology is preferred, it is not essential. You are a pragmatic, solution-focused thinker with expert stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead, influence, and motivate highly skilled technical teams who indirectly report to you, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
