Summary: The Sales Operations Coordinator will support our Revenue Operations team in maintaining accurate sales data, supporting enablement initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who is diligent, organized, and interested in a career in sales or revenue operations. The Sales Operations Coordinator will gain hands-on experience working with CRM systems, sales processes, and cross-functional projects that drive business growth.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Enablement Manager, as well as cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.
Responsibilities:
Sales Process
- Partner with the Sales Operations Manager to identify and remove friction from the sales process.
- Serve as a first-line resource for reps on deal processes, approvals, and contract workflows
- Maintain and update target account lists, ensuring alignment with sales strategy
- Monitor pipeline data and proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance issues.
- Recommend and implement small process improvements to strengthen sales velocity and data quality.
- Analyze deal cycle bottlenecks and recommend process changes to reduce friction
Crm Administration
- Monitor opportunity records and ensure data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Test and validate CRM updates with cross-functional teams, and make recommendations to improve CRM workflows for our users
- Partner with sales team members to encourage good CRM practices, flag and help resolve data quality issues as they arise.
- Identify recurring CRM usage gaps and propose improvements to drive adoption
- Create and maintain CRM views for users
Operational & Cross-Functional
- Support Revenue Operations initiatives, including reporting, documentation, and cross-functional projects.

- Assist with the rollout of new tools, processes, or team initiatives. Support system integrations by testing workflows and flagging issues.
- Help create and update sales training documentation, guides, and CRM “how-to” resources.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or a related role.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B or SaaS/FinTech environment is a plus.
- Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Clear and concise communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and curiosity for how things work.
The base salary range for this position is between $70,110 to $81,900 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
