About The Role
The Senior Manager, Partner Growth (Business Intelligence) will lead strategic analytics and insights related to Roku’s content partners, overseeing initiatives that extend beyond Partner Growth to the broader Streaming Services Partnerships (SSP) organization. This role is responsible for building and scaling BI capabilities, driving cross-functional collaboration, and providing executive-level insights that shape Roku’s Streaming Services Partnerships strategies. The Senior Manager will serve as a people leader, managing resources, approving deliverables, and developing talent while acting as a thought leader across various partner business models.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and is comfortable manipulating large data sets to extrapolate actionable insights. They build collaborative relationships and communicate complex ideas in a simple way that resonates with various stakeholders. A successful Senior Manager of Partner Growth is intellectually athletic, curious, thrives in ambiguity and is willing to roll up their sleeves to design and execute a solution when no playbook exists.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $157,000 - $175,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What You’Ll Be Doing
- Lead the Business Intelligence function within Partner Growth, creating new workstreams, templates, and best practices to support the broader SSP team.
- Provide guidance and feedback on financial modeling ensuring value exchange and content distribution deal models strike the right balance between efficiency and materiality.
- Deliver executive-facing analyses and SSP narratives for earnings, quarterly business reviews, and board presentations, while incorporating macro industry perspectives.
- Identify and synthesize critical industry trends across multiple verticals, translating them into actionable strategic insights for Roku and its partners.
- Serve as an internal thought leader across the broader media landscape, contributing to strategic discussions spanning product, business development, advertising supply, and deal strategy.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with teams including FP&A, Core Analytics, Content Distribution, and Subscriptions to uncover and assess growth opportunities.
- Navigate complex and nuanced partner scenarios, creating win/win recommendations benefiting Roku, partners, and our users.
- Uplevel your team members, setting development plans and fostering an environment of support and accountability.
We’Re Excited If You Have
- 10+ years in strategy/analytical roles at a top management consulting firm and/or media / entertainment / tech company.
- Deep understanding of U.S. streaming landscape and all major video business models (SVOD, TVOD, AVOD, MVPD).
- Proven track record of executive-level communication, including the ability to synthesize complex ideas simply and navigate challenging conversations.
- Expertise in financial modeling and advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
- Strong organizational intelligence, adept at navigating both internal dynamics and partner organizations.
- Experience creating scalable processes and delivering insights that drive measurable business impact and/or challenge current business ideologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or another analytical field; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
