Senior Specialist, Prototype Shop Facility

Job Purpose
To support the PT workshop facility operations, including both hard and soft services, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, continuous improvement, and compliance with organizational and industry standards. Support future facility change projects to meet timelines and standards. Assist with site security, environmental, and waste management activities.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure an effective and efficient working environment.
• Support facility change requests and lead minor construction projects within the facility.
• Monitor and supervise contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and escalate issues to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Develop security protocols and manage related security contracts.
• Support environmental and waste management activities within the site and supervise related works and contracts.
• Support the development and implementation of maintenance plans, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Lead implementation activities to ensure compliance with corporate FM requirements.
• Ensure facility operational effectiveness and minimize downtime.
• Deliver facility change requests in terms of cost, quality, and time.
• Ensure vendors and contract providers achieve contractual KPIs.
• Ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls across assigned activities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
• Ensure that all observations and concerns are closed within defined targets.
• Ensure efficient utilization of the departmental budget and identify budget opportunities.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Hold KAWADER certificate is a plus
• Eligible and willing to apply for KAWADER certificate with company support

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
