So, what’s the role all about?
We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) product team and lead the development of our next-generation regulatory reporting solutions. As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, defining requirements, and driving the successful launch of new features that meet the evolving needs of financial institutions in the US and Canada.

You should enjoy spending time in the market to understand relevant problem spaces across the AML value-chain. You should express thought leadership that drives innovative solutions that address business challenges.
How will you make an impact?
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for our regulatory reporting solutions, aligning with the overall AML product strategy.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and regulatory bodies to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Solution Design: Define product specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of US and Canadian AML regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, FinCEN/FINTRAC guidance, Currency Transaction Reporting, and Large Cash Transaction Reporting.
- Project Management: Oversee the development and launch of new regulatory reporting features, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision and progress.
- Cloud Focus: Partner with cloud teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet strict data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- General: Drive innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging cloud technologies, embracing agile methodologies, and demonstrating a strong problem-solving mindset while remaining adaptable to industry changes and committed to learning.
Have you got what it takes?
- 5+ years of software product management experience.
- Deep understanding of US and Canadian regulatory reporting requirements, particularly related to FinCEN Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), FINTRAC Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), or Large Cash Transactions Reports (LCTRs).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and their role in regulatory reporting.
