Job Purpose

The Sales Operations Analyst at Herc Rentals will play a key role in supporting the Sales Leadership Team and the Sales Operations with a variety of tasks and projects. This role will report directly to the Sales Analysis Director and be responsible for routine and ad-hoc reporting.

What You Will Do...

• Responsible for creating, modifying, and tracking Sales Plans with District Sales Managers in Salesforce.
• Responsible for driving usage of Salesforce Mapping with District Sales Managers and their Rep’s to drive increased Sales Productivity.
• Point person for field enquiries for District Sales Support.
• Maintain report distribution channels and ability to create ad-hoc reporting.
• Responsible for managing lead channels and prioritizing opportunities via campaigns.
• Build process to enhance processes for data integrity in Salesforce
• Provide input and analysis for strategic sales development.
• Play a key role in identifying opportunities and developing action plans to increase revenue.
• Assist in the planning and the direction of the organization’s strategic and long-range goals.

Requirements

• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in a business discipline preferred
• Good communication skills
• Aptitude to think critically and adapt to new environments
• High attention to detail
• Passionate about continuous improvement
• Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft OfficePackages (Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Skills

• Salesforce experience
• Previous experience in Sales Operations or Outside Sales Roles
• Analytical experience
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• Customer support experience

Pay Range: $60,000 to $70,000
