About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define and execute go-to-market strategies that position Voice AI Agents as enterprise-ready solutions. This role will shape how we bring new integrations, workflows, and vertical use cases to market, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.
What You'Ll Do
Integration GTM & Positioning
- Define GTM strategy and positioning for Voice AI Agents enterprise solutions and use cases.
- Define vertical-specific messaging (healthcare, travel, IT, finance) and use cases that highlight how Telnyx Voice and AI Agents embed into enterprise workflows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate capabilities into customer-facing solutions.
Content & Sales Enablement
- Work with our content team to develop a comprehensive content strategy optimized for AEO/SEO to drive organic discovery.
- Create solution briefs, ROI calculators, and sales decks for enterprises.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on demo flows that showcase real-world enterprise adoption.
Demand Generation and Sales Support
- Partner with Demand Gen to run targeted campaigns into high-value verticals.
- Support high-value sales opportunities with tailored messaging and materials.
- Develop sales playbooks, objection handling, and enablement kits for field teams.
What We'Re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of product marketing experience enterprise SaaS, ideally with enterprise workflows or vertical solutions.
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into solution-oriented stories for IT and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written/verbal skills to translate technical integration into business outcomes.
Technical Understanding
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly in conversational AI, voice synthesis, or speech recognition.
- Understanding of API-first products and developer experience considerations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, travel, or IT workflows.
- Experience enabling sales teams in long-cycle enterprise deals.
- Familiarity with compliance-heavy workflows (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR).
- Active engagement in AI communities, conferences, or thought leadership.
Travel Requirement
- Occasional travel may be required for conferences and team collaboration identify
