The Workplace Experience Team ensures Awardco is a place where employees and visitors feel welcomed, culture thrives, and daily operations run smoothly.
This role goes beyond the front desk, though it sits there — it’s an opportunity to grow skills in customer service, office management, administrative support, and HR while playing a key part in shaping culture and elevating experiences. We’re looking for someone full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
What You Will Do:
- Offer a warm welcome to guests and employees, setting the stage for positive experiences, starting with your role at the front desk. Maintain a welcoming, polished reception and common areas that reflect Awardco’s culture. Be a guide, getting people and questions to where they need to be.
- Support employee experience by assisting with internal events, coordinating meals and treats, and partnering with the People Experience team on day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
- Keep the office running smoothly, supporting stocking and organizing snack rooms as needed, managing mail and packages, and managing office supply inventory. Take charge of administrative tasks.
- Pitch in across the People Departments with a true “everybody sweeps” mentality, taking ownership of big and small tasks. Assist with special projects, culture initiatives, and recognition programs that help employees love where they work, showcasing an eye for detail.
- Support our team through communication and coordination, proving your prowess in multitasking and prioritization. A customer-first approach, coupled with excellent communication skills, ensures every interaction is positive and professional for clients and employees alike.
What you will bring:.
Proactive and self-driven, eager to contribute, take initiative, and own responsibilities.
(TRUST) Organized and efficient, with strong G-Suite skills (Canva a plus) and the ability to manage multiple tasks with agility.
(GRIT) Calm under pressure, adaptable to a dynamic office experience and frequent internal events, with the ability to collaborate and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
(THINK BIG) Creative and solution-oriented, bringing fresh ideas, enhancing experiences, and engaging in constructive feedback.
(CUSTOMER FIRST) A customer service mindset where you take pride in making every interaction positive, professional, and confidential (where needed).
Physically capable, comfortable being on your feet, going up and down stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
