We are looking for a Product Owner with Insurance experience (only permanent contract) to join our team of consultants. 

You will be responsible for : 

• Manage Product Backlog: Own and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
• Translate Business Needs: Gather requirements and convert them into actionable user stories. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Align continuously with stakeholders and development teams. 
• Deliver High-Value Solutions: Ensure solutions meet client needs and drive maximum impact. 
• Drive Innovation: Stay updated on market trends, expand your network, and promote Capco through thought leadership (e.g., writing articles). 
• Bringing your expertise to the market,  
• Being up to date on the latest trends in the industry and within your domain 
• Expand your network and promote Capco 
• Write articles, etc.  

Show Us What You’Ve Got

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience: 

Background:

• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, with knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks. 

Soft Skills & Knowledge :

• Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory) 
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Customer-focused, decisive, and highly analytical. Your professional expertise is important, but what matters most is your passion for disruptive innovation and creating real value for clients. 

Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount that you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market.
