We achieve this by leveraging automation, AI-driven risk analysis, and tight integration with DevOps, cloud, and observability platforms.
We are looking for a hands-on Change Engineer to help design, build, and optimize the systems and automations that power our enterprise change management process. This role is technical in nature and requires strong skills in ITSM tooling, integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of IT operations, DevOps, and process engineering, ensuring that changes are executed reliably, safely, and efficiently.

- • Build feedback loops where model outputs (risk scores, recommendations) are validated against real-world outcomes to improve accuracy.
- Required Skillset
- • ITSM Platforms: ServiceNow Change Management (hands-on configuration and customization).
- • Programming/Scripting: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript.
- • APIs & Integrations: REST APIs, event-driven integrations, webhooks, JSON.
- • Automation & Infrastructure: CI/CD tools
- • Cloud Platforms: Azure, or GCP.
- • Databases & Data Handling: SQL/NoSQL basics, ensuring data sanity and consistency.
