What You'Ll Do:

• Lead Feature Implementation: Oversee and guide your team in developing advanced features for ESET's global websites. Ensure projects align with strategic goals and maintain high quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile Team Collaboration (SCRUM): Lead daily stand-ups, bi-weekly SCRUM sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews. Mentor team members, remove obstacles, and drive your team toward achieving targeted objectives for efficient and effective development.
• Promote Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging your team to acquire new skills, write clean and maintainable code, and embrace best practices for automated testing and robust solutions.
• Contribute to coding: You will work on developing key features and participate in collaborative development efforts.

• Extensive coding experience: Minimum of five years working with PHP development
• Systems Thinking: As a Team Leader, you should to see the bigger picture, anticipate potential challenges, and design solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
• Knowledge Sharing Attitude: In this role, you will foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing by organizing regular sessions, mentoring colleagues, and encouraging open discussions on new technologies.

• Basic wage component (gross): from 3500 EUR

Language:

• The final basic wage component is subject to adjustment based on individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
