This opportunity in a nutshell
This role will be responsible for leading the demand and supply planning for a portfolio of products where Sales & Operations Planning Process is a critical part. Develops the consensus statement of demand and understands and addresses any supply constraints and is also involved with overall product supply capacity planning. In addition is the key contact for Sales and Marketing and participates in the product life-cycle management process and is responsible for managing the forecast which contributes to the delivery of inventory and service targets for the assigned portfolio(s).
How you’ll add value
- Lead and facilitate the S&OP process by conducting regular demand reviews with Sales, validating forecasts, and consolidating reports in SAP/Logility.
- Maintain accurate system data (MRP settings, source lists, forecasts) and provide analytics to support demand and supply planning.
- Monitor sales performance, production concerns, inventory (including slow/expired stock), and OTIF results; drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Manage operational tasks such as import/export summaries, shipping documents, vendor invoice verification, timely settlements, and IRGR clearance.
- Provide regular updates and reports (SFA, Bias, KPIs) to Management and Sales, supporting continuous improvement and alignment to targets.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering (similar courses)
- With at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Analytical Skills – Validate demand forecasts, prevent overstock/slow-moving items
- Communication Skills – Negotiate lead times, explain supply constraints clearly
- Time Management – Follow up promptly on POs, shipments, and vendor coordination
- Excel Proficiency – Advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting (macros a plus)
- Willing to be assigned outside NCR, and during on-call duty
