Job Title

Senior Product Manager – Pregnancy+

Job Description

Your Challenge:

Pregnancy+ is the world’s most downloaded pregnancy app, trusted by millions of moms and moms-to-be worldwide. Our mission is to improve the health literacy, happiness, and well-being of every parent-to-be. We blend trusted information with uplifting and connecting experiences to be the most nurturing, engaging, and inclusive companion throughout the pregnancy journey and beyond.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of major product areas and lead them through their next stage of evolution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and has a track record of delivering high-impact mobile experiences that users love. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features that improve the everyday experience of our users. You will guide product strategy and execution, help the team focus on what matters most, and ensure our product continues to be trusted, valuable, and joyful to use.

What You’Ll Do

Product Strategy and Ownership

  • Lead a key area of the Pregnancy+ app, owning its direction, delivery, and ongoing evolution
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap that reflects user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Define and measure success using clear objectives, insight, and data

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Create alignment across disciplines, helping teams make thoughtful decisions and deliver well
  • Ensure initiatives are clearly planned with shared goals, accountability, and progress updates
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes with clarity

Execution And Delivery

  • Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and optimisation
  • Prioritise effectively based on value, complexity, and available capacity
  • Anticipate risks, address dependencies, and keep workstreams moving

User-Centred Thinking

  • Champion discoverable, trustworthy, and empowering product experiences
  • Combine research, behavioural data, and user feedback to inform decisions
  • Ensure high-quality content, tools, and journeys that reflect diverse user needs

Ways Of Working

  • Support good product documentation and clear processes that enable effective collaboration
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in how the team plans, works, and reflects
  • Help maintain momentum by focusing the team on what matters and making decisions well

You’ll be expected to balance the delivery of fundamental, trusted experiences with innovation and future-facing opportunities. You’ll have the judgement to weigh user value alongside commercial potential, and a product mindset that is grounded in both business outcomes and long-term care for the user.

How we work together

  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
  • This role is an office role.

You'Re The Right Fit If:

  • At least 5 years' experience in product management, ideally in consumer mobile products
  • Proven success owning features or products from strategy through to delivery and iteration
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with clear decision-making and structured planning
  • Effective communicator, confident aligning teams and sharing context across levels
  • Deep user empathy, especially for personal and emotional journeys like pregnancy and parenting
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, resolving complexity, and creating clarity

If you’re interested in this role and have many, but not all, of the experiences needed, we encourage you to apply. You may still be the right candidate for this or other opportunities at Philips. Learn more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion here .
