Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Your Mission:

You will design, implement and evolve solutions in the framework that orchestrates the software development lifecycle, quality assurance activities, and release management processes, all while ensuring backward compatibility across systems and versions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in software development
• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and other engineers
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Participate in architecture and design discussions
• Optimize application performance and scalability by driving technical enablers
• Ensure security and data protection in software design
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• English is a must, French a plus
• Teamwork and cross-team collaboration
• Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing applications using Spring Boot framework
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in web application development using Angular framework
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
