Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :
Une offre de stage intitulée « Gestion de projet IA (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse (Blagnac). Vous rejoindrez le département « Advanced Analytics and AI » en charge du pilotage du Portefeuille de Projets d'Intelligence Artificielle d'Airbus.

Votre stage consistera à fournir un soutien essentiel à l'équipe de gestion du portefeuille IA. C'est une excellente opportunité de monter en compétence dans un environnement international, d'acquérir une compréhension approfondie de l'utilisation de l'IA et de contribuer à la supervision stratégique des initiatives d'IA de l'entreprise.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Soutenir l'équipe dans la supervision complète et l'analyse des projets, initiatives et cas d'usage d'IA dans toute l'entreprise.
• Contribuer à l'élaboration de solutions d'analyse et d'automatisation pour garantir à la direction la visibilité requise sur le portefeuille IA.
• Assister aux tâches de gestion de portefeuille : suivi de l'avancement, gestion de la documentation et faciliter la communication au sein de l'écosystème de projets.
• Participer activement aux réunions et aux ateliers, apportant votre soutien à la stratégie et à l'exécution des projets IA.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion de Projet et de Portefeuille dans un contexte IA.
• Compréhension technique des enjeux de l'IA et de l'analyse de données.
• Agilité interculturelle en travaillant avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et internationales.
• Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :
• Vous êtes actuellement en Master 2 / 5ème année (ou équivalent) en Gestion de Projet ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

CompéTences Techniques :

• Fort intérêt pour l'Intelligence Artificielle.
• Familiarité avec les méthodes Agile et les cadres de référence de gestion de projet (PMA, SAFe est un plus).
• Capacité à comprendre et traduire des besoins techniques complexes en indicateurs clairs.
• Excellent relationnel et esprit d'équipe (pour interagir avec de multiples fonctions).
• Sens de la synthèse et capacité d'écoute active.
• Proactivité, Autonomie et esprit d'ouverture pour comprendre rapidement les besoins.
• Anglais : Niveau Négociation (C1), essentiel pour le rôle international.
• Français : Niveau Avancé (serait un plus).
• Capacité à comprendre et traduire des besoins techniques complexes en indicateurs clairs.
• Excellent relationnel et esprit d'équipe (pour interagir avec de multiples fonctions).
• Sens de la synthèse et capacité d'écoute active.
• Proactivité, Autonomie et esprit d'ouverture pour comprendre rapidement les besoins.

Your Mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « AI Project Management Intern (F/H) » has just opened at Airbus SAS located in Toulouse (Blagnac). You will join the "Advanced Analytics and AI" department in charge of the Airbus AI Project Portfolio.

Your internship will consist in: playing a crucial role in providing essential support to our AI Portfolio Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment, gain an in-depth understanding of the use of AI, and contribute to the strategic oversight of our company's AI initiatives.

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in January 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Support the AI Portfolio Management team in providing comprehensive oversight and delivering valuable insights on all AI projects, initiatives, and use cases across the company.
• Contribute to the provision of robust analytics and automation solutions to ensure top management has the required visibility into our AI portfolio.
• Assist with various AI portfolio management tasks, including tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication within the AI project ecosystem.
• Participate in meetings and workshops, offering support and contributing to discussions related to AI portfolio strategy and execution.

Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Understanding of Project and Portfolio Management, focused on AI.
• A Technical understanding of AI concepts and implementation.
• Working with a multidisciplinary and multinational team, including AI Specialists.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 (or equivalent) in Project Management or a related field.
