The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).
Minimum Pay:
$69,950.40Position Overview
- Assists the Lease and Property administrator with enforcing leases.
- Prepares property performance reports, manages property financial records, and maintain property specific database.
- Addresses tenant complaints. Inspects occupied and vacant properties.
- Contracts and supervises preventative maintenance contracts, repairs, and maintenance work and third party vendors.
- Completes RFPs, tracks orders, reconciles invoices, and maintain PM contracts with the assistance of the Property Coordinator and Property Administrative Assistant.
- Makes recommendations for property improvements and tracks end of life equipment.
- Maintains property repair and request tracking system. Responds to property requests in a timely fashion, and annually audits the property repair and request logs.
- Serves as a liaison with landlords and tenants for property work, inspections, and property access.
- Manages small scale projects within property portfolio as well as departmental moves as needed.
- Maintains on-call status to respond to property emergencies during nights and weekends.
- Maintains comprehensive property location list for cross-departmental use.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree with two years of property management experience. PMI certification preferred.
- Experience: In lieu of degree, four years of property management experience. Commercial experience preferred.
- Other Credentials: Drivers License
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, and customer service and problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Special Training: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
