The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time).

Position Overview

• Assists the Lease and Property administrator with enforcing leases.
• Prepares property performance reports, manages property financial records, and maintain property specific database.
• Addresses tenant complaints. Inspects occupied and vacant properties.
• Contracts and supervises preventative maintenance contracts, repairs, and maintenance work and third party vendors.
• Completes RFPs, tracks orders, reconciles invoices, and maintain PM contracts with the assistance of the Property Coordinator and Property Administrative Assistant.
• Makes recommendations for property improvements and tracks end of life equipment.
• Maintains property repair and request tracking system. Responds to property requests in a timely fashion, and annually audits the property repair and request logs.
• Serves as a liaison with landlords and tenants for property work, inspections, and property access.
• Manages small scale projects within property portfolio as well as departmental moves as needed.
• Maintains on-call status to respond to property emergencies during nights and weekends.
• Maintains comprehensive property location list for cross-departmental use.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree with two years of property management experience. PMI certification preferred.
• Experience: In lieu of degree, four years of property management experience. Commercial experience preferred.
• Other Credentials: Drivers License
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, and customer service and problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Special Training: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
