Are you ready to make an impact? HPE’s Cybersecurity team is where you can do just that! We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced operations coordinator to join our Cybersecurity team. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Business Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a process-driven operator who thrives on making teams more productive by optimizing workflows, managing logistics, and removing administrative burdens.

You will serve as a critical enabler for the leadership team and their global organizations as they drive significant cybersecurity transformation efforts. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a high-visibility, fast-growing organization while gaining exposure to the exciting world of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency & Process Management

  • Drive process improvements and establish repeatable systems to reduce inefficiency.
  • Act as project manager for select organizational initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery and tactical execution.
  • Plan and follow up on key business processes for the CDRM organization (e.g., training compliance, talent management, and governance forums).
  • Manage organizational resources that enable the team, such as distribution lists, SharePoint, Teams, org charts, and other collaboration tools.
  • Compile data for reports and prepare/edit presentations.

Team Support & Coordination

  • Support travel, event registrations, and logistics for both local and international engagements.
  • Coordinate calendars and logistics for all-hands, webinars, and global team events.
  • Ensure timely completion of expense reports and approvals of travel/finance requests.
  • Assist with budgets, POs, and finance-related processes.

People & Team Enablement

  • Support hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Transcribe and track meeting notes, action items, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate cross-team communications to ensure alignment across time zones.
  • Manage logistical aspects of talent programs and team-building activities.

Abilities & Attributes

  • Operates with initiative, judgment, and discretion to resolve challenges independently.
  • Highly skilled at multi-tasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Confident in decision-making and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment, working with multiple leaders with competing deadlines.
  • Strong professionalism, interpersonal skills, and collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).

Education & Experience

  • Successful completion of higher education, university studies, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of corporate/administrative/operations experience; experience in a global organization preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to create and edit professional presentations.
  • Experience with project management and event logistics.
  • Familiarity with tools for project management, travel, finance/PO systems, and digital collaboration.

USD Annual Salary: $60,800.00 - $140,400.00
