Capture Manager

About This Role

As a Capture Manager, you will help lead the BD and Capture activities across our Defence and Security portfolio in the Aerospace & Maritime domains across the Indo-Pacific region. You will collaborate with various business line leaders to ensure that you are maximising on any opportunities at the time of RFP/RFT release.

The role we are offering you

• Accountable for a defined portfolio of business development and capture of opportunities of CAE’s Defence and Security products and services
• Ensure Business Development strategies are aligned with CAE’s strategic plans so as to meet budgeted orders and pipeline targets
• Ongoing client and stakeholder engagement that enhances CAE’s reputation with Governments and regional defence forces.
• Secure orders for services and product sales to meet/exceed targets agreed in BDIP

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Extensive experience in the BD or Capture space
• Strong knowledge and exposure to Defence, ideally within the training and support space
• Led or participated in significant CASG (ASDEFCON) Defence Bids

Location:

• Brisbane, QLD or Homebush, NSW
• We operate a hybrid working approach.
• Your role will involve some national and international travel

Security Requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
