What You’ll Do (Your Role)
• Lead architecture design and technical strategy across .NET, React, C#, SQL, AWS/Azure.
• Drive microservices development and cloud optimization.
• Mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, automation, and operational excellence.
• Create architectural roadmaps and ensure system scalability, security, and resilience.

What You Bring

• 7–11 years in software development; 5+ years in Agile leadership.
• Proven experience in designing and launching complex systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
