Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

• Lead electrical engineering design, analysis, and review for projects.
• Prepare and approve technical specifications, drawings, and calculations.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with international and local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality audits to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Provide technical support to procurement, construction, and operations teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management.

Qualifications

1. Experience in power distribution, control systems, lighting, ELV systems, or industrial/EPC projects.
2. Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, Revit MEP, etc.).
3. Strong knowledge of international and local electrical standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, NFPA, etc.).
