The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Enterprise Services Applications team are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Execution Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of critical programs within the Application Transformation Engineering (ATE) portfolio. This role requires a dynamic individual with a blend of technical understanding, leadership capabilities, and program delivery expertise. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative, secure, and compliant solutions that align with organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the execution of critical programs focused on modernizing enterprise applications using cloud solutions, enhancing secure access through migration to RTX-standard solutions, and ensuring compliance by re-platforming applications on approved, up-to-date technologies—all aligned with long-term strategic goals and delivering scalable, secure ecosystems.
  • Provide program management office (PMO) oversight, ensuring adherence to program governance, standardized processes, and reporting requirements to maintain alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery partner, cloud team, and various enabling teams, to ensure clarity, alignment, and progress on program deliverables, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Guide architectural enhancements, security transformations, and modernization efforts by enabling cloud-first solutions, reducing technical debt, and decommissioning legacy systems (e.g., SiteMinder, LDAP) in favor of RTX-standard solutions.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance delivery efficiency, and adopt emerging technologies to better support program objectives.
  • Monitor program resources, risks, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, while championing best practices in program management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on technical delivery.
  • Experience in cloud-first application modernization, security transformation, and compliance programs.
  • Strong understanding of architectural frameworks, technical debt reduction, and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) systems and decommissioning legacy authentication solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including compliance assessment processes, cyber standards, and authority-to-operate (ATO) requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale modernization initiatives, including cloud migrations and application re-platforming.
  • Certification in PMP, Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Jira) or related methodologies is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
