Candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in a manufacturing/production environment, at our McKinney, TX location. The candidate will also be asked to have flexibility to work across shifts/off shift/ weekends as needed.

*Position is for 2nd Shift, at our McKinney, TX location.*

What You Will Do

  • Laying up and bagging pre-preg graphite and fiberglass composite materials.
  • Paint prep, masking, painting with HVLP equipment and PAPR respirator.
  • Operate a variety of process equipment including ovens and autoclaves.
  • Use basic hand tools as well as pneumatic and electric hand tools.
  • Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with established standards
  • Accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with composite pre-preg graphite and/or fiberglass materials including layup, vacuum bagging and/or secondary bonding skills.
  • Experience with reading blueprints and follow assembly instructions and shop process instructions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Operate Process Equipment

  • Prep, mask and paint product with HVLP spray equipment
  • Ability to train and qualify on multiple processes.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
