Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to manage and grow our PC business by building and nurturing a high-impact network of channel partners. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and gaining alignment on the PC channel strategy, including helping to define product . The ideal candidate is an expert in PC hardware, peripherals, and enterprise client solutions, with a proven track record of creating and scaling profitable partner ecosystems to drive market share and acquire new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy And Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive channel strategy for the PC portfolio, including go-to-market plans, partner segmentation, and quarterly business reviews.
Product Lifecycle:
- Contribute to the development of specific PC products and roadmaps to improve our overall market fit.
Ecosystem Development:
- Cultivate a robust partner ecosystem around key segments (enterprise, SMB, education, government) and high-growth verticals (e.g., imaging, design, managed services).
Services And Support Framework:
- Develop Enterprise level support framework including services ranging from remote support and advanced replacement to on-site break fix.
Partner Lifecycle Management:
- Monitor the entire partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and churn reduction, to understand trends to drive strategic adjustments. Additionally, develop an MSP program designed to service and support enterprise customers for PC.
Revenue And Market Growth:
- Develop strategic plans that track to incremental revenue.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product, marketing, and support teams to develop and deliver targeted campaigns and enablement content that empower our partners to succeed.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop channel programs to align with company profitability goals.
Market Insight And Leadership:
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and partner performance to provide critical insights to leadership and inform strategic decisions. Serve as a key representative for the company at industry and partner events.
Skills And Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of channel sales or channel management experience, with a focus on PC hardware, peripherals, or enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems to achieve revenue and business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing partner programs, incentive design, and co-op funding.
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels, from sales representatives to senior executives.
- Strong skills identifying trends and converting to growth plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Experience with channel management software, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and BI tools.
- Knowledge of PC hardware market cycles, pricing dynamics, and distribution networks.

FULLY REMOTE – CAN BE PERFORMED ANYWHERE
The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:
- Colorado: $114,500 to $141,500
- NYC: $130,500 to $161,500
- Washington State: $140,500 to $147,500
- California: $130,500 to $161,500
