About The Location:

What You Will Do:

• providing assistance to guests and members about the spa services, the retail merchandise and the membership,
• selling retail merchandise and spa services to the guests,
• showing the guests around the spa,
• booking reservations,
• utilising the trace file, cashier sheets and handling the daily accounting,
• processing outgoing mail, all charges,
• handling gift certificates,
• requisitioning and stocking supplies for the SPA.

What You Bring :

• excellent personal presentation, interpersonal and sales skills
• fluent English and Hungarian
• an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task
• ability to make decisions and to handle problems
• attention to details and precision
• proficiency in MS Office systems is a must
• flexibility (working 2 shifts, rotating schedules that involves weekends and holidays as well)
• experience in a 4* or 5* hotel in a similar position is an advantage
• EU work authorisation
