Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Commis Chef to join our hotel team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within a world-class luxury environment, supporting our pastry operations across In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and Guest Amenities.

The role:
As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will work closely with our experienced pastry team to deliver exceptional quality and creativity in every dish. You will assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and amenities, ensuring the highest standards of consistency and excellence that Four Seasons is renowned for.

What You Bring:

• A genuine passion for pastry and a strong desire to learn and develop your skills
• Previous experience in a professional pastry environment or a diploma in pastry
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
• All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK.
