As the Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustained growth and operational excellence for Weir Minerals Indonesia in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic mineral markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the business, ensuring strategic alignment with regional and global goals
• Build and manage high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
• Foster strong relationships with mining companies, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to support business growth
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand our reach and impact

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

• Proven experience in mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries, with proven leadership in country-level operations
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue and market growth
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with government, industry bodies, and major clients
• Ability to manage a broad spectrum of tasks under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agreed timescales.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia and internationally as required
