We're looking for a Temporary Accounts Clerk to support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely processing of transactions. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a structured environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, debit and credit notes accurately into the accounting system
• Reconcile suppliers' accounts and request supplier statements
• Update staff members' accounts
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices
• Assist with various account reconciliations
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors and/or managers

Requirements

• Pursuing a recognized Accounting qualification (at least Level 1 ACCA or near completion CAT) or an Associates Degree in Business
• Five (5) subjects at CSEC General proficiency inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
• Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Capable of performing accurate mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
