Their primary responsibility is to ensure timely and efficient agent and agency onboarding across multiple carriers for the Humana sales brokerage, Innovative Financial Group (IFG). The Associate Director, Sales Support requires a solid understanding of the Medicare industry, FMO relationships with carriers, and how to lead and develop a high-performing team.
The Associate Director, Sales Support leads a team of professionals who process thousands of agent and agency contract requests each year. They ensure that proper processes are implemented and followed. They utilize their knowledge of the Medicare industry to ensure that all practices and procedures align with CMS and carrier guidelines. They must have an understanding of the onboarding experience and use that understanding to create simple and efficient user experiences for IFG's downline agencies. The Associate Director, Sales Support manages both individual contributors and leaders and is expected to meet with those associates regularly and have daily interactions with the processes and teams performing the work. They interact directly with senior leaders at IFG, the leaders of IFG's downline agencies, and Operations leaders at the carriers IFG contracts with.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of direct experience with Medicare contracting
- 3 or more years Leadership/Management experience
- Understanding of the processes and technology involved in Medicare contracting, including carrier portals and databases like NIPR
- Proven ability to mentor/coach and develop others
- Open leadership style; actively seeks out and supports collaborative thinking and problem solving
- Prior experience leading large teams in a values-based culture is desired
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated history of successful project completion
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

- Data and analytics experience and skillset

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,300 - $173,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
