What You’Ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Business Banking team across the Central Coast.
• Champion customer success by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Drive strategic growth through deep market insights and commercial acumen.
• Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
• Represent CommBank as a key regional ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and the broader business community.
• Navigate complexity with confidence—structuring and negotiating sophisticated business solutions.

What You’Ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
• A track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
