Job DescriptionThe Transformation Office Operations Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the operations and execution within the Transformation Office. This role drives the coordination, governance, and continuous improvement of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic objectives and delivery of sustainable value. The Director will partner with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to enable effective portfolio management, operational discipline, and adoption of agile methodologies throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational management of the Transformation Office, ensuring efficient execution of transformation programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement structures, processes, and controls to support strategic prioritization, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Oversee enterprise portfolio management practices and ensure alignment with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Enterprise Portfolio Operations (EPO) guardrails.
- Partner with Segment Leaders, Portfolio Managers, and business owners to facilitate prioritization cycles, initiative validation, and dependency management.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of agile and lean ways of working.
- Monitor performance metrics, produce executive-level reporting, and communicate outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across transformation teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team within the Transformation Office.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate policies.
Use Your Skills To Make An Impact
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Health, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in transformation, portfolio management, operations leadership, or similar function.
- Proven experience driving change, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing management and coordination processes, preferably in a healthcare company or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with executive reporting, including to senior leadership, management teams, and/or Boards.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$203,300 - $279,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
