The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.

The ICG Platform Sales team is responsible for originating opportunities from a cross section of clients including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and banks, identifying new target opportunities and drive revenue from existing clients. Subject matter expert in Platform products (Listed Derivatives, cleared over-the-counter (OTC), Foreign Exchange (FX) and Rates Prime Brokerage, FX Workflow Solutions), working alongside broader franchise Sales pitching and closing of deals. You will support clients through go-live processes and play a key role in the journey from solution acceptance and adoption to maturity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively driving sales coverage of Institutional clients in Platform products including (Listed Derivatives, cleared OTC, FX and Rates Prime Brokerage, FX Workflow Solutions)
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client base and their needs, and delivering the full suite of Listed Derivative & Clearing solutions
  • Efficient management of the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and speed of throughput including Targets, Prospects, Leads and Pitches including target revenue
  • Grow Deutsche Bank’s market share with the client base
  • Partnering with trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product to drive product development and innovative solutions for our clients
  • Developing strong relationships with the client base to enhance our ability to cross-sell other Fixed Income products and organising/attending industry events to market Deutsche Bank’s capabilities and stay at the forefront of Platform product development

Your skills and experience

  • Extensive knowledge of the Fixed Income market
  • A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our clients
  • Proven track record covering institutional clients for Platform sales
  • Deep knowledge across the Listed Derivatives and Clearing/Platforms product suite
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
