Asphalt Production Supervisor – Tytherington

• Location: Tytherington
• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic Asphalt production environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are top priorities?

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Asphalt team at Tytherington. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient running of daily operations, working closely with the Site Manager and wider team.

What You’Ll Be Responsible For

Health & Safety Leadership

• Champion a safety-first culture across all Asphalt operations
• Ensure full compliance with statutory legislation and company SHE policies
• Lead daily inspections and contractor safety checks

Customer & Quality Focus

• Deliver high-quality materials that meet customer specifications
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Promote Heidelberg Materials’ reputation for quality and reliability

Operational & Team Management

• Support site purchasing and cost-effective resource management
• Assist in profit estimations, stock returns, and breakdown analysis
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely servicing
• Foster strong communication and teamwork across the site
• Identify training needs and support staff development
• Uphold site standards and community relations

What We’Re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory or operational role within Asphalt production or similar environment
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
