We’re excited to offer a new opportunity within our Subsidence team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience. Working closely with our Customer Relations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of resolving issues and turning moments of dissatisfaction into positive outcomes. This role is all about collaboration—partnering with Claims Technicians and their Managers to ensure our Clients and Policyholders receive professional, empathetic, and effective support.

Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately will be key as you help shape a service that truly puts the customer first. You’ll be proactive in identifying and solving problems, offering constructive feedback when internal processes fall short, and advocating for continuous improvement. With a strong focus on planning and coordination, you’ll support colleagues across the Subsidence team, helping them deliver exceptional service every step of the way.

This role is ideal for someone who has gained experience as a Claims Handler looking to utilise their insurance knowledge, thrives in a customer-focused environment, is naturally inquisitive, and enjoys influencing others in a positive and collaborative manner.
