Job Summary:

This position requires expertise in multiple skill areas, including electricity and electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. The role involves performing advanced machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, assisting engineering and plant staff with the specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems, and providing technical support throughout all phases of the operation.

Requirements:

Education:

• Post- High school Diploma, either an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology or a closely related technical field.
• Alternatively, a combination of education and experience, which may include skilled trades programs or military training.

Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in automation and/or industrial maintenance.

Computer Skills:

• Standard computer skills are required.
• Must have strong skills in document organization, the use of technical materials, and research techniques.
• Proficiency in SAP Maintenance is required or must be acquired.

Communication Skills:

• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all team members.

Special Skills:

• Ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of management and operations personnel.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Certification:

• Certifications in any technical field or techniques are advantageous.

Supervisory:

• Not applicable.

Travel:

• Requires 1-5 trips per year outside of the assigned location.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
