Are you starting your career in facilities management and eager to learn in a dynamic, tech-driven environment? Tietoevry Tech Services is looking for a Junior Facility Manager to support our workplace operations in Finland and Sweden. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Facility Manager, you will work closely with senior team members, our business and external partners to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects. Your tasks may include:

• Assisting in the coordination of facility services such as cleaning, reception, security, and maintenance
• Supporting communication with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders
• Helping monitor service quality and reporting issues or improvement opportunities
• Participating in various workplace projects (e.g., office moves, layout changes)
• Supporting sustainability initiatives and data collection
• Assisting with documentation, budgeting support, and compliance tracking
• Gathering employee feedback and helping implement improvements
• Collaborating closely with our global team of facility professionals and businesses
• What We’re Looking For
• Supporting communication with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders

• What We’re Looking For
• A degree or ongoing studies in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field
• Some experience (e.g. internship, summer job, or work experience) in facility operations or workplace services is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (e.g. Teams, Sharepoint, Excel and Powerpoint) required
• Fluency in local language and English
