As a Lifestyle Assistant you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Southport on the Gold Coast. Things That Work For Us:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy is essential
• Experience in an aged care facility, developing Leisure programs including working with dementia clients
• Ability to be able to work on a permanent part time basis
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan
• Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
