Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.
As an intern you will support the team who look after all music releases for The Walt Disney Company – from soundtrack releases to major theatrical titles, as well as Disney+ series, the music from the theme parks and the Hollywood Records’ roster of artists. You will be part of the marketing team who support the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and working in collaboration with the market leads from across EMEA, licensees such as Universal Music, agencies, freelancers, and Disney colleagues based in the US.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development and localisation of creative assets, leading eCRM initiatives and internal marketing campaigns, and contributing to playlist optimisation and marketing strategies. You’ll be expected to monitor weekly music charts and share relevant industry news and trends with the team to keep us informed and inspired. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative and PR support and occasionally assist across other initiatives such as concerts and licensing.
This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
Eligibility
- Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
- Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
- Available to start working full time from June 2026

- Proactive and highly motivated team player, with positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong desire to get involved, learn and grow to embrace and make the most of this opportunity.
