À propos de vous et de ce rôle

  • L’unité DCM de Lauterbourg recherche un opérateur filtration / emballage. Le rythme de travail s’organise en 5x8 sous l’autorité du Coordinateur d’Activité de l’Équipe.
  • Ce poste offre une perspective d’évolution et s’inscrit dans une dynamique de polyvalence entre les trois secteurs de production du site.

ResponsabilitéS

  • Appliquer rigoureusement les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement, en particulier face aux risques majeurs tels que les PSCE (Process Safety & Containment Events), qui désignent des événements critiques liés à la sécurité des procédés et au confinement des substances dangereuses.
  • Effectuer les transferts, filtrations et emballages de produits selon les procédures en vigueur, en assurant la traçabilité et la compatibilité des produits.
  • Port obligatoire des EPI et respect strict des procédures HSE à chaque étape du processus.
  • Participer aux formations sécurité et aux exercices de Réponse Immédiate, pour garantir une réactivité optimale en cas d’incident.
  • Maintenir la propreté et le rangement des installations, en lien avec les standards 5S et les exigences de sécurité.
  • Signaler immédiatement tout dysfonctionnement ou anomalie au Coordinateur d’Activité, et contribuer aux analyses de causes (RCI).
  • Rédiger les non-conformités et enregistrer les écarts dans la base FNC, pour renforcer la culture sécurité du site.

Qualifications

  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel ou chimique fortement souhaitée.
  • Connaissance des règles GMP et des procédures HSE.
  • Le CAIC est un atout pour renforcer la maîtrise des risques chimiques.
  • Le CACES à jour fortement apprécié
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de production (SAPASPEN, EXCEL est un plus).
  • Volonté de développer sa polyvalence et d’évoluer au sein du site.

Vos CompéTences

  • Vigilance et rigueur exemplaires dans l’application des consignes de sécurité.
  • Maîtrise des opérations de filtration et d’emballage, avec respect strict des procédures et des règles GMP.
  • Capacité à travailler en horaires décalés (5x8), avec endurance et fiabilité.
  • Utilisation des outils informatiques de production, notamment SAP (ASPEN est un plus).
  • Connaissance des produits chimiques et des équipements du site, ou volonté de les acquérir rapidement.
  • Esprit d’équipe et collaboration efficace, dans une dynamique de polyvalence entre les trois secteurs de production.
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités, avec capacité à former les nouveaux embauchés ou à intégrer des groupes de travail.
