Job Responsibilities

Our dynamic and results-oriented environment requires proactive individuals who are eager to learn and contribute. In this role, you will:

-Conduct Data Analysis & Research: Support data validation, market research, and analysis of client compensation data, utilizing data modeling skills to ensure accuracy and relevance.-Client Interaction & Support: Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and exhibits by analyzing data in Excel and PowerPoint, under the guidance of senior consultants.-Market & Industry Research: Gather and interpret market compensation trends, pay practices, and talent management policies across various industries and sectors, leveraging public filings and Mercers proprietary technology.-Operational Support: Contribute to survey coordination, project support, and research activities, helping to deliver high-quality insights to clients.-Business Development & Collaboration: Participate in internal initiatives such as seminars, workshops, and business development activities, gaining exposure to client engagement and industry best practices.-Flexible Responsibilities: Take on various tasks throughout the year, including survey data validation, project support, client and sales assistance, and event participation.-Continuous Learning: Immerse yourself in understanding industry trends, market data, and HR practices to build a strong foundation for a future strategic HR consulting career.

Job Requirements

-Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Risk Management, or related fields.-Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong mathematical and logical foundation; proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
