We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy & Power Specialty team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Use significant risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop placement solutions that meet the needs of the clients.
• Develop go-to market strategy and articulate the value of Client Executive & Placement Broking role to the clients and carriers.
• Understand and facilitate coverage specifications/requirements and obtain best quotes and coverage from carriers.
• Implement client agreed placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
• Bind coverage, maintain documentation, with responsibility for accuracy of coverage completion.
• Assist and handle offensive and defensive tenders from the region.

What You Need To Have:

• 3 to 10 years’ experience in broking and/or reinsurance field.
• Have Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent or complete CGI within reasonable period upon employment.
• Relevant specialty experience is not required.
