What is the opportunity?

As a Lead Digital Product Owner / Lead Product Manager for Wealth Management Europe (WME) Digital, you'll Lead our digital customer experience. This role is to drive tangible outcomes and put your personal stamp on our digital products. You'll take ownership of our most critical digital journeys and capabilities, making sure they're not just functional, but genuinely delightful for our clients & advisors.

RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.

What will you do?

• Define a compelling product vision that’s as bold as it is viable, all while keeping it firmly aligned with our client and company goals.
• Champion a deeply customer-focused culture across the team and organisation, actively seeking and integrating user feedback.
• Curate dynamic product roadmaps that's less 'static task list' and more 'strategic adventure map,' guiding our journey to deliver maximum value.
• Collaborate closely with teammates (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to bring high-impact product features to life from concept to launch.
• Create product concepts and user guides and present to our development team.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things product, insights, context, and decisions with clarity and conviction.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have

• Be Data Driven.

• Proven Product Leadership experience leading digital product management initiatives.
• Knowledge and practical experience in various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management.
• Team leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Expert proficiency in the mystical arts of JIRA, Confluence, or their equivalents.
• Experience working in financial services.
• Knowledge of A/B Testing & Experimentation.
