HR Business Partner - 12 months contract (f/m/d)

Our HR team is seeking an HR Business Partner (12 months fixed-term contract) starting in November 2025 to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the management, providing HR support and guidance.

Your Tasks :

• Be the primary point of contact for leadership-related topics, providing expert advice to managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Advise on and facilitate local organizational changes.
• Driving necessary actions in situations such as terminations, disciplinary measures, and more.
• Playing the role of a facilitator in case of conflict
• Engage with management on people analytics (e.g., demographic changes, HR KPIs), proactively initiating and driving relevant actions at local site.

Your Profile :

• You have at least five years of experience in Human Resources, including a first role as an HR Business Partner
• You have at least a master’s degree in human resources or related field
• You are fluent in French and have strong English communication skills
• You are assertive and resistant to work in a challenging international environment
• You are a team player
