Position Overview
Under supervision, performs complex, highly responsible and confidential secretarial and administrative support activities to executive level management.
Location: Onsite St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities
- Performs complex secretarial and administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; creating/preparing general to complex correspondence and spreadsheets, preparing varied and complex reports, creating/designing general to complex PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials, scheduling and maintaining complex schedules in Outlook calendar, and overseeing and coordinating internal and external events.
- Performs advanced administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; coordinating travel and accommodations and coordinating/ scheduling meetings and conference calls.
- Handles executive-level internal and external communications which includes; handling incoming phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to voice-mails, managing incoming e-mails by forwarding and responding to e-mails as appropriate, and creating and mailing letters and memos on behalf of Executive.
- Acts as project manager on assigned projects and provides administrative assistance as needed on other special projects.
- Performs department records management duties (electronic and paper), including organizing, retrieval, archiving and storage.
- Oversees and performs office management duties.
- Performs general administrative support duties which include, but not limited to; opening and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing and file maintenance, and copying, faxing and scanning.
- Promotes team culture and organize and support team events and meetings.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of executive/administrative assistance experience
- Advanced Word, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability
- Superior oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge effectively and professionally
- Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
- Superior organizational skills demonstrating ability to set goals, multitask and prioritize workload
- Intermediate level of investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects
- Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives
- Ability to coordinate projects and handle changing priorities
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional image is preferred

Compensation Range:
$55,850.00 - $79,800.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
