Supervisor of Quality- On Site

Supervises the in-process auditors in the Manufacturing areas.  Maintains the Non-Conforming Program for BT areas.  Supports Manufacturing Departments.

What you will accomplish together with us - Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Supervises In-Process Auditors in the BT areas.
• Compiles and statistically evaluates data.
• Issues and distributes reports as necessary.
• Performs Annual performance evaluations of subordinates.

• Maintain Absenteeism Reports.

• Schedules, plans and coordinates the necessary tasks to accomplish company goals.
• Trains new and existing personnel.
• Assures compliance with all regulatory standards and regulations.
• Initiates disciplinary actions when deemed necessary.
• Initiates, suggests and/or submits changes to procedures, as necessary.
• Investigate nonconformities, take actions and record results.
• Maintains the Non-Conforming Program for BT Facilities.
• Supports the Technical & Process Improvement Department in Scrap evaluation, special studies and validations.
• Enforces company policies, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Initiates and suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals.
• Recommends employee’s recognitions and rewards.
• Assists the QA Manager and performs additional duties as assigned.

• What will convince us - Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience required
• Complete understanding of Quality Practices and safe practices and procedures
• Understanding of government regulations

• Good Leadership Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical, critical thinking, short to long-term planning, analytical and organizational skills required
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks

• Proficient Computer Skills
