Job Specific Working Conditions:
Note: The anticipated hourly rate can range from $19.00-$23.80 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
- Essential Duties:
- Quality Assurance
- Coordinate cross-departmental partnership to support the administrative needs for the field.
- Document and evaluate mission-wide standards of operation, systems and procedures regarding area field offices.
- Gather feedback related to field administrative needs and tasks. Evaluate suggestions and make appropriate recommendations as necessary to functional partners.
- Identify potential quality improvement possibilities and partner in desired implementation with functional and field offices.
- Partner with US Field Operations on projects for the field, forecasting and preparing for area administrative needs.
- Review and/or screen Mission Services forms, reports and documentation created for area use and make recommendations to update and align with current processes.
- Serve as a partner in the creation and maintenance of resources and training documents (knowledge articles, FAQ updates, Staff Resources pages, etc.).
- Assist US Field Operations in creating documentation for US Regional and Field Leadership teams related to area impact for current process and upcoming changes.
Training
- Create training resources for area offices.
- Host training calls for area offices about YL business processes in partnership with subject matter experts/functional leads.
- Partner with Learning and Leadership to develop and implement core training objectives for local field operations, including platforms and processes, and training plans.
- Update and maintain Area Office Guidebook and support Regional Office Guidebook updates for alignment.
- Maintain a list of resource material available for training purposes, including best practices and other industry resources.
Organization
- Foster alignment, sharing of information and feedback to support area offices.
- Participate in projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Travel 2-3 times a year.
Qualifications & Education:
- Highschool degree required
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- Proven training capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to edit and coach in these areas.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Canva, Sharepoint.
- Young Life systems and Young Life administration experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Young Life’s administrative practices and policies preferred.
- Experience with local area YL office preferred.
