As part of our team in FNB Points of Presence – Legal, Risk and Compliance, you will be surrounded by unique talents, diverse minds, and an adaptable environment that lives up to the promise of staying curious.
 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our Legal, Risk and Compliance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing the Group’s compliance frameworks and programmes, ensuring adherence to regulations, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various business units.
 

Are You Someone Who Can:

• Implement and oversee the Group’s compliance frameworks and programmes in consultation with business units.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, particularly regarding regulatory and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular audits, design control systems, and assist in the development and implementation of company policies.
• Control expenditure and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain working relationships across teams to promote collaboration and innovation.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with organizational values and service standards.
• Provide accurate business intelligence and analysis to improve decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMPs) for core legislative and regulatory provisions.
• Monitor compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
• Provide training on regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance awareness.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• LLB or BCom Law (compulsory qualification)
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Risk Management or Compliance.

Skills And Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act.
