Job Description
"To engage in the execution and support of product and channel-related fulfilment processes, including processing client requests for channel setups and product activations.To ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely completion of tasks, directly contributing to client satisfaction and operational efficiency."
- Accurately process new client requests for channel access (e.g., online platforms) and product activations (e.g., trade finance or payment products).
- Oversee the onboarding of New to Bank and Existing to Bank clients within the agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Verify and manage client information related to product fulfilment, ensuring accurate updates in internal systems.
- Ensure all setups and activations meet internal policy requirements and comply with industry regulations.
- Collect, review, and manage client documentation needed for product and channel activation.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving product or channel-related issues during setup.
- Liaise with internal teams such as IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless product and channel delivery.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates on activation status and managing expectations.
- Update internal systems with client channel and product details to reflect accurate records of active services.
- Conduct regular reviews of fulfilment processes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand product requirements and timelines.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of requested channels and products to meet client deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of all setup processes and interactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Identify and escalate potential risks in the fulfilment process.
- Assist in the training of new team members on product and channel fulfilment processes.
- Gather client feedback on product/channel setups and incorporate improvements into fulfilment processes.
- Maintain static data for existing accounts
- Open, modify and close clients’ Rand Accounts as required
- Engage in the maintenance of current client accounts and prepare for the onboarding of new clients
- Clear suspenses account daily
- Provide clients with ad hoc daily cash prediction reports as required, and assist clients with ad hoc audit confirmations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
Experience & Skills
- -3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
- -Proficiency in banking software and systems
